Introduction: Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma is the most frequent malignant tumour of the thyroid gland. It usually progresses slowly and is rarely metastatic. On the other side, fibromatosis are usually benign tumours with infrequent malignant appearances, which affect musculoaponeurotic structures.
